By being attentive, proactive and maintaining close partnerships with city officials, we continuously identify and invest in difference-making enhancements, including:
- Landscaping Upgrades – Thoughtful, ongoing improvements to our properties’ green spaces
- Private Carting Dumpsters – Tidy and dependable waste removal solutions
- Tree Trimming – Regular tree trimming to promote safety and curb appeal
- Sidewalk and Patio Improvements – Sidewalks and patio-level steps upgraded for safer more attractive access
- Front Door Refinishing – Entrance routine care and refinishing to maintain each building’s welcoming appearance
- Parking Area Improvements – Lot repaving, sealcoating and re-striping for safety and convenience, plus lighting upgrades to enhance visibility
- Median Grass Strip Maintenance – Median re-seeding and care to promote attractive, green community spaces
Our Volunteerism in Action
Giving back to our communities is part of who we are. Most recently, The Copley Group team spent the day at the Greater Boston Food Bank. Together with many other community volunteers, we packaged food to be delivered directly to families who rely on it. We’re proud to lend our time and energy to supporting our neighbors in need.
