Founder and President of The Copley Group, Norman has been active in the real estate industry since 1965. Norman’s start as an assistant property manager has served as a cornerstone to a career noteworthy for its depth and diversity. Five decades of experience in property management, real estate development, and ownership of multi-family properties, has honed Norman’s expertise in the areas of acquisitions, development, financing, and operation of multi-unit residential and commercial real estate. Norman is a sports enthusiast, and outside of the office he enjoys spending time with family, golfing, skiing, and reading.

Michael has been involved with residential, commercial and retail real estate since 1986 and has been President, CFO, and COO of other companies. His experience includes extensive involvement in the management, development, acquisition and financial area of entrepreneurial real estate companies. Michael's specialties include structuring transactions, creating organizational efficiencies, and functioning as a fiduciary for institutional investors and other owners of real estate. Prior to his involvement in real estate, Michael worked for an international accounting firm for 7 years and is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts. Michael graduated summa cum laude from Boston College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. When not at work, Michael enjoys golfing, hiking and spending time with his family.

Ben got an early start at The Copley Group. At age 10 he worked in the maintenance department rehabilitating apartment buildings on Queensberry Street and later worked in the rental office leasing apartments. Ben is now responsible for the day-to-day operations of property management and works closely with all departments in The Copley Group to improve company performance. Ben has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management and Technology from Syracuse University, and a Culinary Arts degree from the French Culinary Institute. He is a Board member of the Massachusetts Apartment Association (formerly Rental Housing Association) and a member of its Executive Committee. When he is not in the office, Ben enjoys playing tennis, cooking, and gardening with the assistance of his three children.

Ellen has over 30 years of experience in the fields of construction, property development, and property management for a wide range of real estate portfolios. She is responsible for the daily functions and internal controls of the accounting department, cash management, financial statement reporting, and systems development. Ellen is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Babson College. When Ellen is not in the office she loves to cook and spend time with her family and friends.

Ryan has over 20-years in property management, with extensive experience at one the nation’s largest REITs in both Boston and New York City markets. As Director of Property Management for The Copley Group, Ryan oversees a diverse team of industry professionals responsible for the organizations residential and commercial assets in the Boston area. With a primary focus on all aspects of financial performance and competitive value for both privately owned real estate as well as Third-party partnerships. Ryan also values The Copley Group’s collaborative approach within the organization on a variety of platforms from value-add initiatives to asset sustainability projects. Ryan is a product of Bridgewater State University where he majored in Business Management. When not at work, Ryan enjoys spending time with family, coaching youth sports and the outdoors.

Bill brings over 30 years of construction and property management experience to The Copley Group. He is currently responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operations of our maintenance department and all development projects. Bill draws leadership experience from serving for several years as Sr. Project Manager and Director of Field Operations for one of the area’s premier high-end residential construction companies and from sitting on the Board of Directors of a local remodeler’s association and a local condominium association.

After working at one of Boston’s top advertising agencies, Arielle joined The Copley Group in 2016 charged with developing the Company’s marketing strategy. Arielle works closely with the property managers in Boston and Nantucket on social media campaigns and oversees digital and print advertising Company-wide. Arielle also has experience in leasing administration with The Copley Group. Arielle earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marketing, and a minor in Real Estate from Lehigh University’s College of Business and Economics. Outside of the office she enjoys skiing, travel, and taking walks her husband and their dog Zoe.

Jill started her career in real estate in 2009, working as a real estate agent selling high end condominiums in downtown Boston. In 2012 she transitioned to property management. Over the past 10 years Jill has worked in many different areas of property management including multifamily apartment management, HOA and condominium management, new development, and affordable housing. In 2018 she obtained her degree as a Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Jill attended Savannah College of Art and Design and is a member of National Board of Realtors. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, painting, and volunteering for veterans’ charities.

Drew has over 9 years in property management, with extensive experience in the greater Boston market at one the world’s largest property management companies, Greystar. As the regional property manager for The Copley Group, Drew oversees a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial assets for both privately owned and Third-party partnerships in the Boston area. Drew brings extensive market knowledge to The Copley Group’s collaborative mission to perpetually improve assets’ operations, valuation, and reputation. Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time with his family on the beach, golf and traveling.
