The Copley Group has formed a Resident Advisory Group to facilitate communications between ourselves and our residents with the goal of improving the experience of living in an apartment managed by Copley. The group is comprised of key management personnel from Copley and five of our residents. The group meets quarterly, and a summary of these meetings is reported in our quarterly Resident Newsletter, Copley at Home.

Mission Statement:

Through the formation of and active participation in a Resident Advisory Group, The Copley Group seeks to improve the living experience of all of the residents residing in their Fenway area apartments. The Resident Advisory Group will provide for better communication between the owner and residents that will contribute to an exchange of ideas regarding how to improve apartment units, building common areas, services and the community. The Resident Advisory Group will also create a forum for interaction with officials from the City of Boston, Civic Associations and other parties that impact upon the quality of residents' experience in and around their homes.

Goals:

• Achievement of improvements in the apartments, building common areas, services and the community.
• All communications conducted in a positive manner aimed at the mutually shared objective of improving the residents' living experience.
• Resident driven agenda to focus on topics that are important to the people living in the buildings owned by The Copley Group.
• Providing access to third parties, for example the City Council, the Police Department or real estate brokers that are informative to the residents and provide an opportunity for the residents to share their thoughts and ideas with these parties.
• Obtain a mutual understanding between the owner and the residents of the areas where improvements are both possible and practicable and respect for the perspective of each other.
